Executive Chef Tim has had the pleasure to produce,plan, prepare and execute a number of high volume and upscale events, such as, Bill Clinton's Inaugural Ball which catered to 10,000 people, the AOL Christmas Party serving to over 6,000 people and for the US Army Convention serving over 8,000 prople.
Tim has been Manager of the Quarter at both hotels and is very proud of his ability to create very diverse menus.

Over the past 8 years Jason has prepared and head many private dinners and charity functions. Some of his most memorable were: Heading and cooking a wine dinner for the Rose Bowl Committee of Pasadena, CA as well as planning a menu and cooking for a local judicial private function, cooking for the great Ernie Banks (Chicago Cubs- Hall of Fame), and commissioned to do artwork for two Indian weddings.
Jason loves competition and has a passion and talent for this craft that could take him to no other place besides the culinary life.
